Hey any and all my fiance is finally here in america and I am needing to know what and all information for the next step as in permanent residency and all that and what paperwork we need ..thanks

yeah,

first get married within the 90 days. then adjust status.

As you got married within 90 days, you don't need to be rush to file AOS. Try to prepare with checklist to avoid RFE that makes you to get delay your timeline. Good luck! I hope this information can help you.

Oct 08 2011 - received biometrics appt. letter in the mail


Oct 21 2011 - biometrics appt. @1pm at Sacramento USCIS


Nov 18 2011 - got email notification of interview date


Nov 21 2011 - got hard copy NOA for my interview


Nov 23 2011 - got email notification of EAD and AP approval
