Oh wow I never knew about this. A bogus RFE or NOA2 to reset their clock? and it only happen on CSC?

May I know why your first petition being denied?

Both my fiancee and I have been married and divorced more than once. in Scotland, divorces happen in a Sheriff's court, not by a judge or magistrate, and divorce certificate's when you get them from the Central Registrar of Scotland, are not signed. He had ones from his first marriage, and the one from his second marriage we got from Central Registrar of Scotland (no signature). After 6 months, I asked my Congressman to get involved. Three weeks later we were RFE'd for no signature on the divorce decree. He went back to the original Sheriff's court, got one of the deputies there to sign it, and we sent it in, along with a couple other things that they questioned. We were denied for not having a signature on the divorce decree for his FIRST marriage (apparently partially cut-off when copied), so they felt he was not legally free and able to marry his second wife, so he wasn't able to legally divorce his second wife either. Even though you could still see the top half of the signature, and even though Scotland allowed him to remarry and subsequently divorce,. So we refiled, using a lawyer this time, and made sure everything had signatures and all that,.

That was Feb 17 receipt.

yeah well funny enough Californian Igor's list is doing pretty well but Vermont, well it's either people not updating their timelines or just VJers are the unlucky ones who can't get their hands on NOA2.. but it's happening and we are closer each day!as long as people get some hope I am happy to spend those few hours a day to go through the numbers :)

All the approvals yesterday for CSC were all march and still no news for a feb filer how depressing. :(

I know. I never thought I'd miss seeing my projected approval date slowly approaching. But it's so much harder watching it fade into the past.
