I'm so happy for you guys  wish I also had the ability to assure my fiancee the wonderful path we are going to have and how all this painful waiting will be old history by that time :( Everyday, I feel really guilty for putting her in this long distance relationship and all this pain :crying: :crying: :crying: She didn't get happy AT ALL when I told her that our case has been approved the other day :(

Hang in there Bryan my fiance and i are also experiencing frustration and pain with this long slow process. We have not seen each other since November and once we are together it will be almost a year. I think we should both hear something about the NOA2 this next week god willing.

So you have receipt number correct? So usually what I do is I change the last number to go up or down and all the people that I checked around my number had the same NOA1 date of 02/24/2012 and I checked this info about 2 months ago... So now that I know they had the same NOA1 I go in and change the numbers Ill show you the example at the bottom... And everyone before me that applied for a 129F got approved within these last 3 weeks and that was 150+ numbers I went through before I found one unapproved....

Example: If your receipt is WACXXXXXXXX86

I do: WACXXXXXXXX87

WACXXXXXXXX88

WACXXXXXXXX90

WACXXXXXXXX91

WACXXXXXXXX92

Etc,

and you can do it backwards too!

PM if you need more help!!!

Thanks Ourda for the short explanation.

Well I did tried and found out about 10 numbers before and after me still in initial review. I didn't checked for hundreds numbers around mine lol. It just doesn't make sense they approved early March filers already. Are they expedited?

I am pretty happy I filed at the end of the month after I thought about it and this is what I got. So lets say we get 100 K1 applications a day for 29 days and they receive it one by one so they just stack them in a file or just place them somewhere where CO can pick some up. This is what I am getting at :

29

-------

28

-------

27

-------

26

-------

25

-------

24

-------

23

-------

etc

So they are stacked up and they just grab a couple off the top and work on them and you have multiple piles so you get a scatter pattern on who's being approved. To answer your question on why they started March, the 3 march filers that got approved 2 of them sent it in feb and got the NOA1 late and 1 I cant explain.

IM HAPPY THAT TOMORROW IS MONDAY AND WE HOPEFULLY WILL GET ALOT OF APPROVALS!!!!!

Well that makes sense but,it is likely that all petitions be placed in separate boxes according to the date receipt. Or it could be any person in each service center to receive files that is differentiated by type of visa. Otherwise, whatever the reason or how they work on our files.. they do not seem to have a good arrangements in organizing their jobs

Anyway, today is Monday morning ( at least for me ha) hoping for another approvals coming to us Feb filers!
