I don't understand those graphics

It means that after we get the noa2 it takes about 22 days for the paperwork to be sent to the embassy and assign a case number.

It looks like both VSC and CSC emplyees left their work early today to be ready for tomorrow's ceremony. They don't care about couples suffering here. I am sure when they update their processing time at USCIS, they will extend the processing time to be within 6 months instead of 5 months, especially VSC. Realy I don't know what to say, they are driving us nuts.

I'm actually doing really good today! I bought my wedding dress! :D

That ought to contain me with happiness for a few more days... then I'll just have to book something else wedding-related, to keep the happiness factor in check while waiting for this damn NOA2! LOL

What steps can I take once my 5 months has passed with no noa2?

This whole wait has pretty much screwed up both our lives for the moment. Our budget is out the window, the time we initially prepared ourselves to be apart for has lengthened and lengthened and is now at a ridiculous amount of time. We are desperate, just like everyone else. I have a website noa1 of feb 3rd and paper notice date of 7th. Just wondering if it is time to start making a few calls ? Any help appreciated, thanks.

I-129f sent 01/31/12

Received in Dallas sent to Vermont 02/03/12

NOA1 notice date 02/03/12

Touched 02/11/12

NOA 2 07/25/12

Actually it means that it takes about 22 days for the paperwork to be sent to the NVC, not the embassy :( god knows how long we have to wait again after the NVC...

That sucks!!!!

yeah, it does :(

I miss my loooooooooove :crying: :crying: :crying:

My fiance and I filed on Feb 17th, still no approval :(

How much longer can a couple wait without going completely crazy??! We haven't seen each other since December 14th of last year! It's been almost 7 months.

Should we expect to get approved soon?

the loads of you talking about approvals from VSC, im gonna be frank with you base on whats going on in the january filers thread. its gonna get depressing. I filed in the 17th. on processing day 20. VSC reach as far as the 18th in therms of processing date. there are about 200 petitions not approved before my date so its gonna be a long wait. if your @ CSC is better news. you should be approved by the 5 months mark. VSC....you have to wait beyond 6 months. Cant contact anyone cause once they havent passed your NOA1 date, the system not gonna allow them to do a service request on your behalf. so either way we are screwed. gotta just wait
