It's so hard right now, I could deal with them being slow if at LEAST they were SLOW. To see nothing happening is tragic. There seems to be no point in checking Igor's list or the forums right now http://static-forums.visajourney.com/public

I'm sure something is happening, they just didn't update their website yet... I've noticed the same thing last week... approvals from Friday and Monday were only updated on the USCIS website on Tuesday... This week might be the same :) I feel like tonight/ tomorrow there will be a flood with approvals for VSC :)

Even yesterday I have noticed they were updating approvals from 06/21 and 06/22 so as much as odd it is, there is a hope :) I believe that once June is over (end of their H1B fiscal year) , we will see the adjudicators being assigned to more K1 petitions and more and more approvals each day :)

Everything will be fine. And I think the puzzle of what was happening over at VSC has come together. February filers will not be waiting as long as we did. A little bad luck for us, but you guys will be okay. You'll be in the tidal wave of approvals soon to come at VSC. It all came down to H1B...and thank god it's almost over. Many of our own files are just waiting on a desk and the green light for the adjudicators to actually work them..we finally have some consistency with reports as to what was going on..which means now we can get a better perspective of what's going to happen. things are looking much better.

Thanks for shedding some light on this :) This is the happiest I've felt in awhile!!! I feel terrible for the January filers who had to wait, but you guys are almost there! Can't wait to see all of your approvals

Hi guys,

I really wish I could give you my NOA2 approval because I just got mine and I won't be needing it

**Huge hugs Rose** I'm so sorry that you're still struggling with it and that you got a reminder of the pain. I'd let some of you have ours too. I really don't mind waiting a little longer because it gives us more time to deal with the custody issues we're going through and there's less chance we'll have to petition for extensions. I'll keep hoping everyone gets theirs quickly and that we have a bit more time on our NOA2. Congrats to everyone who got theirs this week :)

In everyone's life, at some time, our inner fire goes out. It is then burst into flame by an encounter with another human being. We should all be thankful for those people who rekindle the inner spirit.

Thank you for the heads up! I was getting a little frustrated about how VSC has slowed down with the K-1 approvals, but thankful to hear that things might pick up soon!

Where did you get this information, and why would this affect only VSC and only this year? I'd love to get some of my optimism back but I'm skeptical.

This information was received by one of the attorneys. Also we are getting reports from our congress people saying that our petitions are already with the adjuticator , unfortunately they have 30 days from to the time they get our petitions to work on them, but at least we are getting some consistency in replies now :) you as February filers will know at least that comtacting senators / congress people makes sense when you are let dpwn everywhere else :) we are not left totally on our own in all this struggle :)

Hi, I'm a latecomer to this thread, but my fiancé (he's the USC) and I sent off our packet 1 late in February and received the NOA1 towards the end of that month. I have yet to get him to hunt out that hard copy of the NOA1 and give me the case number and date! I didn't think to join this thread but now, reading back through some of it, I wish I had! It would've been nice to have some companionship along the way these last few months.

Anyway, so we're patiently waiting and I've been trying to do a bit of work on the papers for the next round. We hit a little bump last month when my fiancé was made redundant. I'm now trying to figure out what to do as far as having someone else be my sponsor for the I-134 and so forth.

Interesting to hear about this delay with the case processing! I hope they get that sorted out soon.

Good luck and best wishes to everyone here.

Oh Cori crying.gif

I don't think anything has happened the last 5 days since the 22nd, but if someone has seen some movement, feel VERY free to prove me wrong. A siesta would be great, but I think at this point they all quit. helpsmilie.gif

Whoa, did anyone see the December approval today at CSC, no RFE's? It looks like maybe yesterday was a "cleaning behind the shelves" day to find lost petitions. I stand by my siesta theory, though.
