It's on Igor's List. Go to where it says "Immigration Timelines" on the site menu.

Thanks charles....appreciate it

Is it true that the K3 and i-130 CR visa are being approved faster than K1 nowdays?

I guess pushing marriage until reaching the US is not helping much in the timeline.

Same here! I am thinking of flying out right after the bar exam i.e end of july, till mid august. I last saw him in early march and skype doesnt quite cut it anymore. We were trying to save money as we are getting married both here in NY and in our (other) hometown, Nigeria in december.....but the distance and the INaction in VSC is becoming unbecoming so I might end up being there for the olympics....Still havent decided.

If we get an approval before we book the crazily expensive ticket, then we would stay put but at this rate, watching grass grow is so much faster.

Yet another ditto over here! The flight prices to the UK are terrifying though with the Olympics.

So wish they could have held it in a different city this year. Between the flights and delayed processing times at the embassy over there, it's too much!

Back to IGOR

I am happy to see SOME action over there. It shows that one day it will be our turn. But that day needs to be now. I am willing to be patient and refrain from being negative until I hit the 5 month mark, after which if there is still no approval.....I WILL.....

Wait, I cant do anything but wait!

* sigh*

I don't mean to be short, but posting that negativity gets old. Frankly I or anyone else on this forum doesn't need your theories about our petitions not getting done until September. Please use your time a little more wisely and either try and be positive or find a hobby.

thank you paul for your observations, I'd rather hold on to HOPE and Faith that they will be done within the time projected on their website. If you don't wish to join us then you can be negative in another forum that shares your point of views.

Just came by to say hello and see what's happening in the "neighborhood" but :wow: looks like a very friendly crowd of people in here...

Actually Sabi, we are a friendly bunch, but after seeing this certain someone dump negativity on both January and February boards almost every 5 minutes, with words like "prepare for the worst' and "probably not until September", I finally had to speak up. I don't feel bad about it, as I was tired of the incessant posting every five minutes and 90% of it being negative drivel. Some folks need a hobby. I've since discovered the button that hides posts. star_smile.gif

But I will thank you now for posting all your numbers. I've been following them and they give me hope. So thanks for that. More happy and less sad is what we all need. It's hard right now.

I hear you but the way you said it, I don't think he meant coming here and destroying your balance guys ;)

Gosh when I started this journey I was checking other people's timelines and I was pretty sure I would be approved by May and moved over by July and now October looks like a big maybe :)that's how positive and naive I was... it's good to be positive but after you pass the 5 months mark you are like WTH?!what was I thinking? you just loose it big time then! I mean I lost it ;) but hey February filers look good, you are starting getting approved and I am sure USCIS are doing their best now to go ahead to next months so their statistics look good so I am pretty convinced we (January filers) will be their backlog for while , while the next months (even June filers as we can see) will get some speedy approvals... a little unfair but who am I to judge ;) Good luck! And yeah my numbers are the result of too much spare time at work

I think we all had high hopes when we first applied, I know I did. blush.gif

I kept thinking, what if I got it by June 9th (I'm a 2/.9 filer) or what if I got it *gasp* EARLIER!!! rofl.gif

I see that it was all a bit of wishful thinking, but I'm taking a pro-active approach to it. If we have to fly him here because his interview isn't until Oct, then we will and at least we will be in the same place, which is the most important thing right now, at least to me!!!luv.gif

I'm going to stop staring at this site to see if the numbers have changed and go watch Albert Nobbs. Thank GOD for Netflix!

The friend of mine who told me about this site warned that it could get addictive.

I said, "no worries, I have will power"

I was wrong.

I just had a very unsettling rant about that with my fiance over skype.

I'm getting so anxious now... I'm thinking I may actually have to force myself to stay off this site for a while, because every time I look at Igor's list, I want to cry.

Thank god you said something, LETS LOOK AT THE FACTS FOR TODAY And THIS WEEK

VSC approved 9 Petitions this week ON THIS FORUM not all of USCIS!!! someone said on these FORUMS it is only 5% of the actual number being approved so if my calculations are correct that is well over 180 petitions getting approved this week!!! Pretty sure they must be pumping out over 250! ( My educated guess thats all about the 250)

CSC approved approved 20 petitions this week ON THIS FORUM not all of USCIS!!! and that is over 400 getting approved this week!

So please dont start with the your petitions will be done in september just because you didn't have good luck on the draw doesn't mean you should stick your problems and scare us and say go wait till Sept!!

**RANT OVER**

ANYWAYS I love you TRUE FEBRUARY People **E-HUG** LOLOLOL HAHAH
