Alrighty VSC let's get this party started...lol.. Congrats to the approval. I don't mean to be greedy.......well yes I do.... We want our approvals, we want our approvals...

ok so 114 approvals pending ,114 approvals pending, if one of those approvals pending just happens to get approved, there'll be 113 approvals pending...

ok so I'm still optimistic as thus time around seems so much easier to handle...

Woohoo!!!! :dance::dance::dance: Congrats Scott!! Just one more out of the way for the rest of us! :P:P

Count me in the ever-tired-of-this-waiting-game miserable bunch. We just made plans for another visit just in case it doesn't come through soon. Really thought the last visit was gonna be the last visit...sigh. My patience is wearing thin here but seeing this approval means they are coming!

VSC - I am within driving distance so I suggest you get your act together before I storm the castle!

Aaaaand, we have a VSC petition with NOA1 2/13 that just got approved: yay! That is encouraging. Of course, they had an RFE first. Uncanny how the only VJ February petitions that have received any attention thus far at VSC are RFEs. Everyone [read: me] always has this attitude, "Oh, no! Not an RFE! PLEASE not an RFE!" but at this point the petitions requiring RFEs are getting looked at first, so all other things being equal, right now an RFE doesn't seem to be the automatic delay that we perceive it to be!

Oh, hmmm. The people with the 2/13 petition applied for and received an expedite in May. That doesn't make much sense if they also got an RFE in May! These things make no sense at all.

I am guessing that the RFE was probably because of the expedite request ... because they do ask you evidence before expediting a petition.

We're pretty much all in the same boat... we've only heard of one NOA2 so far, and that was today! (Or maybe late yesterday, I didn't check the date)

Hi Guys,

My fiance received a text message saying that our status in USCIS has been changed. When I checked our status online, it said that they have sent a notification that they have approved our application. Does it really mean APPROVED??? I'm sorry I sound stupid. :bonk:
