CSC is really plowing through apps right now I remember when we started CSC was a month behind VSC. Now they are 10 days apart.

My expected date is June 28 to July 1. I'm thinking that's pretty dead on at this point! Just hoping we get the NOA2 before July 4th. That would be really nice.

I agree with you there. CSC is right on target. I wouldn't be surprised to see them surpass Vermont if things don't pick up over there. But I think both centers should be shifting in to high gear now. USCIS data trends every year point to June as a month for many many adjudications.

I don't know if it's a curse or a blessing to have a NOA1 date early in a month. On one hand it will be nicer to get the approval sooner than later....but on the other hand with a Feb 2nd date I could be one of the first to get approval and it could just come out of the blue any day now. My friend sent me a text message the other night at 11:30 and before I even picked up my phone to check it, I'd processed it through my mind that nobody else could be sending me a text at that hour except USCIS. It wasn't the approval and I was bummed. I'm kind of on edge right now checking my email and text message every single time I hear a beep.

Yup - can't wait for someone in this forum to get their NOA2 just so we can all stop nail biting! LOL! Driving myself crazy - some days I'm all "it will happen when it happens" and other days I'm ready to drive to Vermont and kick the door in. Though I suppose I'd have a drama-free life otherwise and what fun would that be? Just nervous now that the Olympics will cause delays in interviewing in London over the summer...and I really need him here by September so I don't have to pay a babysitter for after school! ;)

Welcome! And that's really uncanny about the timelines! I hope the petitions are right next to each other in the mythical box and get processed and approved the same day: wouldn't that be great?

Apr. 3, 2013: EAD & AP approved (received card 4/11)

Sept. 16, 2020: interview, Boston (approved)

Sept. 24, 2020: oath ceremony, Boston---DONE!!! (279 days from submission)

You're probably right about feeling that anxiousness, Scott. At this point I'm not expecting anything so I'm not obsessively checking my email or anything yet. I'm sure I'll be in the same boat around July 15th. Still, I'll be super happy for anyone from our antsy family who receives that most-wanted text/email!

Hi everyone :D wow :wow: VJ is so much cooler than I was thinking! I didn't know anything about specific forums for each month of petitions! Now I'm really excited to see that my fiancee and I are not the only couple waiting for some good news over the next month :D man, these last weeks are really getting though :( we are really getting tired of all this wait for an "even-god-doesn't-know-when" day :( today, it's been exactly 6 months that we have not seen each other (since winter break) :crying: I am trying to take a couple of weeks off from grad school to go back to Iran and visit her...who knows, we may receive our email while we are together :D

Anyhow, sorry for telling you all these things...I guess I am really excited to see a forum for February filers :D I hope they approve 1776 petitions on the 4th of July :D may we all have a wonderful coming month and be with our loved ones soon (L)(F)

Someone help me get rid of this negativity! I'm starting to worry about our approval taking longer than 5 months...I've been dead excited to get to July and now I'm nervous that I wont hear anything! I know its such a bad attitude to have, and all my friends and family tell me I can't think like that but I know you all understand the ups and downs of waiting and waiting and waiting on this NOA2!!!

My friend sent me a text message the other night at 11:30 and before I even picked up my phone to check it, I'd processed it through my mind that nobody else could be sending me a text at that hour except USCIS. This is exactly what is happening to me, except that it does not only occur late at night. In the middle of day, I am always hoping that any vibration I feel is due to an SMS from USCIS and if I wake in the middle of the night, I check my phone for any SMS as well as my email. I tend to tell everyone not to text me for a while because I have been happy at times for no reason ...

I am so happy that this week is over and that today is already Sunday. Hopefully I get this SMS that I have been waiting for so impatiently 4 months after.
