Hi everyone! How are you all doing?

I'm still stuck in "Initial Review", after getting an RFE, and then changing my address. Status hasn't moved since April 25... Should I be calling someone at this point?

I'm not really overly worried about it, to be honest. I have my EAD and I'm working at an awesome job... so as long as it doesn't expire on me LOL, I'm way less worried about this than I was about the NOA2 last year ;) But I don't want to let it slide TOO long, if I need to be proactive...

Repeat medical, 2 vaccines, TB test, 121 pages of evidence including 9 affidavits, bank statements, health insurance, car insurance, photographs, hotel stays, honeymoon travel evidence, tax return, lease, bunches of things showing our address...if THAT aint evidence then I don't know what is!!!!! We even got a notarized affidavit from our apartment complex manager!!! Being mailed tomorrow - will arrive on Wednesday...watch this space!

Well, I've had 12 emails/texts from USCIS in the last 7 days but FINALLY... my green card arrived today! I haven't seen it yet because I'm up in Colorado but my husband has photographed the packet and sent it to me :D I also received my driver license this week so I'm good to go! Can't wait to get home tomorrow and open them!

A little amused that they say keep it in the little card envelope to prevent wireless communication with the card, you'd think if it was that important, they'd actually put it in it in the post!

Congrats on both! :) That reminds me I need to renew my driving license soon, I think mine only lasted a year - I guess that'll be different now I have the greencard when I renew.

Great hearing all the good news :D We sent our RFE package back and it was signed for last Wednesday so playing the waiting game again!!! Jason's convinced we will receive notification of the approval tomorrow as it's citizenship day!!!

Congrats! I agree about the security thing... it comes in a packet with $100 insurance, a security envelope that it isn't in, and it's left in the mail box at the end of the drive! (Still not used to mail coming through my door!)

I got 6 years on my license, they last 5 years in TN but the first one gets synchronized to coincide with a 0 or a 5 on age (or something - he explained it but I was a little too focused on the 'I just passed my test' sensation :) )

I'd definitely call if I was you, especially as you had an RFE - normally that speeds up the process.
