Hey, does anyone remember how you found out that your passport was on its way home?

I totally spazzed out in the interview after she said I was approved, and I have no idea how I figure out if the passport has been sent - will they email? Am I supposed to log in somewhere to find my tracking number?

I don't know for you, for us there was a courier company that we had to give a form to and pay for the delivery. They'd give us the tracking number, then eventually we could track it. You can call the DOS and ask is the visa has been issued. If they say yes, it took a couple of days after that for me to get my passport back.

Thanks :) I asked the same q on the Canada forum, and they said something similar... so starting tomorrow, I'm going to just keep checking with DOS and the DHL courier that we had to sign up with.

I get the I-94 at POE, right? Who else's name would be on it, Tom's?

On my visa, it has his name under annotations, along with an A#, date we filed, etc... That's all good, right?

DEFINITELY a relief! Now I just have to wait for the next week to go by, before I can head south! :D

I would NEVER want to repeat the stress of this past year again, as long as I live! So glad it's almost over!

For those who have sent their AOS/WP forms together...did you send 2 photos for each or just 2 in total? Still waiting for our official wedding certificate from Hawaii but just going to go ahead and send it all in with the temporary one and see what happens! I can handle an RFE now...at least we're together and married lo!

Thanks! I got 4 just in case so I reckon i'll just send them all then...one less thing for them to RFE me on!! I see you got your drivers license...congrats! We're possibly moving soon so have to decide...get one in MD with maiden name and get it changed when we move and I get ID with my married name...or just wait! I read somewhere you can drive for a year on your UK license so just waiting for now...hopefully that's right lol!
