Hey All,

Been swamped with creative projects to take my mind off the wait, but very happy to see all the updates and approvals. I have to admit I'm nervous about the interview process, but hopefully all will be well! Keep the happiness flowing! goofy.gif

Of course all will be well  I can totally know your feelings right now, as we were in your shoes a week ago! You won't understand this until you see it yourself, but the whole interview is JUST a formality! My fiancee's interview took 10 minutes max! The officer only asked her "How did you two meet?", "What's your occupation?" (student) and "Do you intend to continue your education in the US?" (Yes)!!! She didn't even asked for more evidence or pictures or other stuff! My fiancee had tons of new evidence, but the officer didn't even bother to look at them...I can totally understand how you feel because my fiancee had exactly your feelings before the interview :( but think of it this way: In 9 days, there will be NOTHING between you and your fiance  the wait is soon gonna be over and next thing you know, you will be crying since you can't decide what should you pack and what to leave behind, like my fiancee :D

Thanks so much for this soheil!!! I guess I'm nervous because I wish I could be there waiting outside of the Embassy when he got done, but I know all will be well since our love is true. I'm so excited to finally be past this last big hurdle and see him again. The house is all set up! He's the one that will be packing ;)! 9 days, but it feels like the longest 9 days!!

Hi all.

I'm trying to call the Embassy to get the MRV fee paid, but the number on the sheet is the UK direct dial. Does anyone have the number as dialed from the US? I know I called a few weeks ago, but I can't find the number I used to get through.

Thanks!

Nevermind, I found it and it went up to $20!!!!!! on October 1!!! wow.gif

Had the medical today, that was easy. Just got a dtp vaccination from my own physician and it seemed like that one was the only one necessary Haha.

The i-134 papers didn't arrive yet unfortunately though after 2 weeks so we sent out a premium shipment yesterday with a guaranteed arrival on Monday, while I have the interview Tuesday. Waaaaay to close for my feeling but with two packages in the air, one must arrive on time. Only 6 days till the whole wait is over. And only 13 days I see my love and only 24 till I get married!

Can any London folk answer this?

I paid the MRV fee via CC today and was sent the receipt that Julian needs. On the receipt the applicant must sign, which I have deduced is him, and not me.

Do I sign at all since it was my card? Or is that not important (as there's no place for me to sign anyway).

Thanks!star_smile.gif

Hey Mary,

I think I read somewhere that only him needs to sign it as the applicant, especially since there is no place for you to sign.
