Question 11, you do not intend.

If you have a sponsor, they too must complete a I-134 form and supply relevant proof - tax forms, passport photocopy (colour if possible), pay stubs, employer letter or if business owner - proof of ownership like corporation papers.

I'm REALLY pleased for you. I'm looking at your timeline because we filed on the same day and got our NOA2 within a day of each other. I know we are using different embassies but it makes me nervous, November 8th would be too late for us to marry on our planned date so would have to move it...... AGAIN! :no:

This morning is medical day for me. I've never been so happy to go for a medical EVER. Sitting here with a cup of tea skype going to talk with my sweetie for a bit before I leave. Tic toc tic toc. Will give my review when I return.
