Due to circumstances beyond our control, we've abandoned this application

We married on Aug 24, 2013 in a small ceremony in MA

We'll be applying for a CR1 / IR1 visa as soon as we are able

I'm REALLY pleased for you. I'm looking at your timeline because we filed on the same day and got our NOA2 within a day of each other. I know we are using different embassies but it makes me nervous, November 8th would be too late for us to marry on our planned date so would have to move it...... AGAIN! :no:

No, you don't have to. I can't remember what it looks like now, but it might be one that gets filled in at the interview. You don't need to send it in with DS 230 part 1 though.

Which answer should be placed for question # 11 on I-134 "I intend/do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person(s) named in item 3?" On the example forms, it's blank. So I wish to share any others' experience with that question.

One more question: my annual income is below the minimum poverty guidelines, did anyone had a similar situation and had to have a joint sponsor? Any advises.

Question 11, you do not intend.

If you have a sponsor, they too must complete a I-134 form and supply relevant proof - tax forms, passport photocopy (colour if possible), pay stubs, employer letter or if business owner - proof of ownership like corporation papers.
