2 Days since RFE Response Review and counting..... I wish if i can get it sooon .

I was running many numbers with NOA1 of 2/27 as mine. They are done with almost %98 of total Feb. 27th filers. Today, one applicant of 2/27/12 got RFE, 3-5 filers are still under initial review. My feeling is that they'll try to finish them all by the end of today. So, If i were you, i would highly expect something by the end of today.

Good luck and don't be panic if you get RFE. For some reason, most of 2/27 filers got RFE, including mine.

I don't know how they handle applications. They keep saying that all petitions are processed in the roder it was received!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received mine within 4 days after the website showed RFE. I resposned the next day and got approval in about two weeks. Hopefully your RFE is simple.

Yep - things are moving much faster. My fiancee is visiting family and her visa is ready to be picked up. Hopefully the first week in October she will be here.

Yeah, I'm back to being-afraid-to-make-any-projections-at-all land. Thanksgiving, Christmas, Groundhog Day...sometime. He'll get here sometime. Really dragging right now.

Yeah I called the embassy at lunch time to check if my medical report had been logged and was told to get back in touch if I hadn't heard from them in 5 weeks I called again at 4.55 just to check if they'd done any logging this afternoon and were able to give me a positive push into the weekend...still nothing but the funny thing is I got the same guy on the phone!!!!! He was probably thinking..."Woman, I said wait 5 weeks...not 5 hours!!!"

Yeah, I tend to ring at lunch or at the end of the day. The last time I called they said normally 4 weeks to process the paperwork, but they're behind, so maybe 6 weeks. Once that's been done, interview will generally be 3 weeks after. So I'll call on Tuesday now

I am three days away from seven months and i have a service request that is almost 25 days and a congressional inquiry and all is quiet with no NOA2.

And one more week ends with no NOA2 in sight. I called USCIS today and they told me I had to wait 60 days from the point in which they received my RFE to file a service request. That seems totally absurd to me. That would make it 9 months with no approval? I'm starting to think we should have just gotten married and filed the other thing. It probably would have been faster at this point.
