We can almost establish a group called the 7 monthers.... how horrible is that when people on here get approved in four and five months and here we sit.

My case status has changed today from RFE to RFE Response Review. They received my package yesterday, but post it under today's date!!! Anyway, I wish to receive my NOA2 soon within 2 weeks or so, not 2 months or so.

Was it a simple RFE? Mine was simple and I got approved around 2 weeks. Hopefully you will have similar fortune.

Well I just got off the phone with NVC. Our petition has arrived there but hasn't been assigned the case number. I will call tomorrow. They are so much nicer at the the NVC.. What a treat.

I told him, he could most likely mail everything on Friday and that should be good in terms of it getting there after our petition is logged. It's so funny how fast we want everything to get logged and viewed and filed since we've all waited so dang long in the first part of this process!!

I've been watching this topic for months now. Wanted to share with everything that you really should be calling NCSC and insisting on speaking with an Immigration Officer. I made my weekly call today and learned that our case was actually approved almost 2 weeks ago, despite the USCIS website and tier 1 saying it was still pending, and no NOA 2 received yet. For added confirmation, I followed that call with a call to NVC and learned that our case had arrived there on Monday, but has not been entered into their system for processing yet.

Hi friends!

Happy to see some of you that have been waiting got your approvals. Julian's medical is Friday and it looks like, (through DHL) that the embassy got our package this morning!!!!

Julian spent all day yesterday working on the packet 3 paperwork and is all done with that so we are getting it done!

Sid's interview is Friday as well! Wish I knew the time...heehee! How far is Julian from Knightsbridge? Sid has a 2 hour train journey ahead of him. Our paperwork went in yesterday and hope it's a short wait from medical to interview date! Now we just debating between a November or January wedding date...it never ends.
