USCIS is still giving the 02/06 processing date BS. The guy I spoke with said they're behind in all of their processing but doesn't know why. He also said he wished they would update the webpage to be accurate. Guess they're getting a lot of angry calls LOL

Out of curiosity, what's their response when you tell them that you know that they're processing loads after 02/06?

I didn't ask tonight but last time I called I said I had friends who applied the day after me and were allowed to put in a service request, so why couldn't I? The woman spoke v-e-r-y s-l-o-w-l-y to me like I was 5 and said something to the effect that say Sally and Bob are adjudicating petitions, Sally gets box A and Bob gets box B. Sally approves petitions faster than Bob. Someone who calls who is in Sally's box can put in a service request because the date she is working on is the 29th. Bob's box of numbers can't put in a request because he is working on the 6th. This makes NO sense whatsoever but it's what she told me. I was afraid to ask any more...though it might have been entertaining if I did LOL.

Someone needs to disable internet access on Bob's PC so he can process petitions instead of surf the web Thanks, that's a weird way of processing - but then we knew that!

So, I asked a few weeks ago and she said she said something like "That may be happening, but the Vermont Service Center has told us February 6"

I did mail my RFE response yesterday via USPS Express Mail which should be received at VSC by today afternoon. Does anyone know how long it takes VSC to change the status from RFE to RFE Response Review? Is it on the same day they received my response? Or few days later?
