Guys I need your Advise:

I received the RFE letter yesterday and was asking to submit proof of having met in person with my fiancee' within the past 2 years period. The letter mentioned that I did submit photos with my petition, but date and place were not handwritten on the back of each photo.

I am going to send the following:

1- Photos with date and place handwritten on the back.

2- A copy of my passport showing entry and exit stamps from my fiancee' home country (Egypt)

3- A copy of my itinerary and boarding passes that I was lucky to kept.

Do you think guys that these documents are enough? They just asking for one of them, but i am sending as many as I can to support my petition.

Any advises or opinions, will be greatly appreciated.

Great news You should have the police certificate soon, so I'd look into booking the medical as there will be a wait for it.

I called the UK Embassy call center, I'm pretty sure it's not actually the embassy themselves. They said that their system doesn't get updated until the evening. What was a worry though, is that they said there's a back log and they're just processing August 7 petitions and I may need to wait for 6 weeks before I get an interview date.

I'm choose not to believe that, if they can send out packet 3s quite quickly they can't be that much behind. However, it has put me in a mood and I shall now sulk for a bit, so ner

That should be good. The only thing I would recommend is copying your entire passport, including blank pages. For some reason, this seems to please USCIS more.

That should do it. If you also have hotel, restaurant or ATM transaction receipts in Egypt, that will also show that you were there.

When responding to a Request for Evidence it is extremely important that you place the blue coversheet on the top of the response you send to them. The VSC receives thousands of pieces of correspondence each day, if the blue coversheet is not on the top of the response it will be placed in “general” correspondence and NOT sorted as a priority, which may delay your case.

Among the 2 years period, I met with my fiancee' for 3 continuous months only, form November 12, 2011 to February 17, 2012. So I have many photos during these 3 months period. Is that ok? Or it has to be for more than 1 time of meeting?

Well BOO on them. They need to get it together. It's bad enough there's a wait in London as it is, it's unacceptable to have to wait even longer. Here's hoping it will pick up and not be VSC the sequel lol.
