I found two DHL tracking numbers from Boston to China sent Aug 31. I guess one of the two should be my application (I hope!) :whistle:

Both of the statuses says "Clearance Delay" at Guangzhou port for the last 3 days. Omg! :blink:

Feb 5, 2012 - Mailed I-129F to TX

Feb 7, 2012 - USCIS Received application

Feb 10, 2012 - NOA1 email/text

Feb 11, 2012 - Touched

Feb 13, 2012 - NOA1 hard copy

Aug 17, 2012 - NOA2 (189 days!!)

Aug 27, 2012 - NVC Received the package

Aug 30, 2012 - NVC Shipped the package to the Guangzhou embassy

Sep 07, 2012 - Email GZ embassy for update of status. P3 has sent out!

Sep 10, 2012 - Hasn't receive physical P3, submit P3 to GZ embassy.

Sep 12, 2012 - Receive physical Packet3

Sep 27, 2012 - Received email from Guangzhou embassy stating they sent P4

Oct 29, 2012 - Interview! :D

Aah so close - any day now

i hope so. its a little upsetting but i know once i see that it is approved all i will feel relief. i dont wanna wait all this time almost 7 months and then get a RFE. :( thats what scares me or that we will be denied...

Hi Sarah, I don't know on this. It's something I thought about, but as on the DS-156 it said you could staple the photo to it, I decided to staple the DS-156 pages :) I just thought it was easier, especially with having duplicates of DS-156 and DS-157 in the pack. I sent mine yesterday, so I don't know if it was a problem or not yet.

Congrats Maria!! It is nice to see the list of February filers still waiting on Igor's list getting smaller and smaller!

Sarah, I don't think stapling is a big deal either. I think Rob paper clipped, but I don't think it matters either way. I have a feeling they take everything apart and put it in a file the same way the USCIS did when we sent our original package. Not sure if I'm right about that, but it's just a guess.

Yeah, it should be there soon, Michel! You know what's even more relaxing? Once you send in your interview forms, and everything is done, all you have to do is wait for an interview. This is the least stressed I've been since February. It's wonderful :)
