I don't understand!!

You say they are working on the 6th February, but I have seen people's timelines from VSC people have been approved after my NOA1 date of the 24th February ??!?!?!

You know the old party line saying, that's just read from a sheet by the operator. If you go back a few pages in this thread you will see that "we're working on the 16th of Jan" this went on quite awhile until here the last couple of days they are on the 6th of Feb. and in a couple of weeks it will change again to maybe 22 Feb, who knows???? Good luck to all of us "we need it"

That's what they tell you because it gives them more time before they have to file a service request.

As I said, I haven't noticed that until just now! So happy you got approved yaaaaaay!!! I am a little late but still excited for you :) well deserved!

HAHAHAHA Thanks Sabi, can you believe it was 203 days?? What a horrible feeling to have to wait that long and see folks from the end of February get approved, but I know you know how I feel waiting sooooooooo long yourself. Glad to finally be on to the next step.

At least you've got NOA2 now!!!

I am still waiting and wondering what on earth is going on, not knowing what on earth goes on after NO2!!!

When honestly do you think i would be moving to Boston when I am still waiting ? Go on rough estimate ?? Christmas ? Later ? Earlier ???

London seems to be issuing interviews about 1 1/2 months from NOA2 approval. I'd guestimate you'll probably have yours by mid-September, at the latest, so I'd think somewhere around the first part of November?

Kim just got off the phone and was told that we are outside the estimate so he could put in a service request. Unfortunately the system is down, fortunately they are open till 8! So Kim's gonna call again later today.

Sooooo, hopefully we can see a bit more approvals showing after the system is fixed!

192 days, I'm so excited because in 8 more days we get to the exclusive 200+ club yay! :/ EPIC FAIL!

''Post Decision Activity

On August 30, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.''

We are sooooooooooo excited. Happy mode activated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we've abandoned this application

We married on Aug 24, 2013 in a small ceremony in MA

We'll be applying for a CR1 / IR1 visa as soon as we are able
