I'm the one that's been checking/updating them the most and I uhh.. get a little unmotivated after checking feb 1-21 so only check those later numbers every few days. I'll check them more often!

Thank you for your effort, I don't know how or have the time to check the numbers. I think it great that different people check the numbers and pass the info along. At least we are hearing something no matter how small or large. I am like a drowning man grabbing at any straw, lol but thanks for your input and effort. Ron

I know how you feel but it might encourage you to do something pro-active so if you haven't already...start filling in the I-134 and getting together all your info. It can be a few months old and you WILL be approved in that time! Only thing that has to be totally up to date is pay stubs. Our NOA2 date was 8/17 and Jason mailed everything to me yesterday so that as soon as London receives it all I can honestly tick the box and send the forms in saying I have all required documents in hand!!

im so excited and nervous. but i whats holding me back is that i think i might get a grumpy adjucator and get RFE`d

Not sure where to order the tax returns etc...that was Jason's department lol! Hopefully a US petitioner can help you out there. He also got a letter from his boss on headed paper detailing his position, tenure, salary etc, SF-50, pay stubs, bank statements showing salary going in, engagement/wedding ring purchase, copies of NOA1+2, photocopies of envelopes/letters i'd sent, photocopy of all passport pages since he's made a couple of trips here since the I-129, letter of intent.

I have all our photos so i'm taking care of the 'evidence of relationship' side of things :) like phone records, emails etc.

I just received my RFE notice yesterday. They are requesting additional information that we met in the last 2 years prior to them receiving our application. I am pretty sure I sent this with itineraries, boarding passes, passport stamps and photos, but apparently it was not enough. I admit the photos did not have date and place handwritten on the back of each photo.

I do have a question for everyone so I can make sure I do this right. THe notice states I need to send evidence of us meeting and that is should include, but not limited to:

-Own statement which include the date, place, and circumstances of our meeting supported by additional evidence

-Copies of travel documents (itineraries, tickets, etc)

-Photos with date and place handwritten on back

-Letters written to each other after each of our meetings with each other referencing the specific data and place

-Photocopies of our passport showing we were in the same location at the same time

-Affidavits from friends, neighbors, or other knowledgable associates that can swear to us meeting each other at a specific date and place.

Do we need all of the above, or just as much of the evidence that meet the above criteria? For instance, If I can corroborate us meeting using my statement, photos, passport, photos with date and place written on them, text messages, emails, tickets from attractions we visited in her city and mine, itineraries, and boarding passes. Do we still need the affidavits from other sources?

The include but not limited to part is not clear on whether we need all of those items bulleted, or if we just need items that fit the criteria but could provide additional evidence that falls outside of those categories.

Thanks for everyone's help and responses in advance.

I would think you don't need the affidavits if you have the rest. But if it's an option to include them, at this point I would. Make sure you you mail a copy of the full passport, not only the stamps. We also included bank statements to show we spent money in the locations.

Good luck!

Here ya go! Order Tax Returns

We ordered my dad's and they came in within a few days. My returns didn't go so smoothly and I had to walk in to the Providence office and have them search for me. Don't know what the problem was with my address. It was listed exactly as I typed it into the website. Even having to go in was quick and painless. They were really nice and we were done in 15 min. Just don't bring ANYTHING dangerous with you through security. The guards weren't friendly and poor Alan had to walk back to the car with my Swiss Army scissors and bottle opener (no knife, it's my travel set). Apparently I could trim someone's cuticle or we could crack open a beer and that would be a threat to national security LOL

In everyone's life, at some time, our inner fire goes out. It is then burst into flame by an encounter with another human being. We should all be thankful for those people who rekindle the inner spirit.

REMEMBER: When responding to a Request for Evidence it is extremely important that you place the blue coversheet on the top of the response you send to them. The VSC receives thousands of pieces of correspondence each day, if the blue coversheet is not on the top of the response it will be placed in “general” correspondence and NOT sorted as a priority, which may delay your case.

Thanks Kennard for the advice. SInce we ended up getting a RFE I definitely have read the notice over a hundred times and noticed in the instructions that it was mentioned to place the original blue notice on top of what is sent in. I have been working on this information all day by combining information I already sent over to them with additional information. I decided to get affidavits from my mom and sister just to make sure I had an item from each request option they provided. Now I will be overnighting it to them tomorrow so they can get it by Tuesday. Senator office has been tracking my file and they asked me to notify them when I send the response back so that they can contact USCIS and make sure it is processed. Not sure how much that will help. Hopefully we will get a clean response.
