Still pulling for the February filers! I wonder if there will be more Sunday surprises like there was last week...

I mailed everything to Rob yesterday, including all the original information and the affidavit stuff. I mailed it express, and sheesh, that's expensive. $50 for something that weighed less than a pound! We're planning on sending out our packet 3 next week after Rob's medical, and then hopefully the interview will be set up soon! I'm getting excited. I haven't seen Rob since January and I'm missing him tremendously.

yeah i plan to send my fiance all the paper work too i bet it will be expensive im planning on spending 100-200. i wanna send him something light but cute aswell as all the paper work. its so expensive.!!

Mary, I'm so sorry you're still waiting. I truly hope you get the NOA2 soon. In the meantime, have you started working on your forms? Once you're finally approved, you can get things moving along really quickly if you're ready to go. Fingers crossed for you and everyone who is still waiting!!

Actually in anticipation I sent Julian everything he needed back in July. He's got it all, the signed support form, paystubs, tax transcripts, extra evidence, employer letter. All we are missing is that elusive NOA2. I will have to update him with new paystubs, but I hear the employer letter and support form should be fine if it's a few months old.

We checked on that Mary - all evidence must be less than a year old so a few months should be fine

Hey Joy, your still doing a great job "THANKS" I was looking at the graph and I wonder why it is that everyday in Feb that is on your graph, there is movement except 27th someone posted the other day (from England) that their NOA2 was approved and they had a date of 27 Feb. I believe? But still there is no movement at all on the 27th any ideas? Or maybe VSC doesn't like me:)Thanks for any imput. Ron

I'm the one that's been checking/updating them the most and I uhh.. get a little unmotivated after checking feb 1-21 so only check those later numbers every few days. I'll check them more often!

also i called yesterday for a service request and they told me that they are working on feb 6.....

but at first i got transfered to a live person and they were speaking spanish so i say may i have an english speaker he said ok.

i wait a few seconds and the same guy comes back and speaks perfect english it was hilarious because i guess he thought i couldnt understand that he was the same person so i was trying to hold my laugh in at first. but most of the USCIS phone people seem so boring and bland i mean if you were answering phones all day shouldnt you hire people who actually sound enthusiastic and have a good personality...
