Called USCIS today, they wouldn't give a service request because they're apparently working on Feb 6 and thus still within processing times. They said that the petition should be adjudicated by next week. I guess we'll see.

They finally updated the date. They used to answer they are working on January 16 files.

Thanks :) Me too! I had really figured he would be here by now. :wacko: But, I guess we're coming up on the end stretch now... everyone! I'll be happy when all the February filers are finished up and moving through NVC. At this point, none of us should be still be waiting, imo.

Important note: American citizens and US Legal Permanent Residents are not allowed to accompany nonimmigrant visa applicants to the interviewing area.

I read this in the US Embassy of Manila website for the K1 interview. I'm really shocked, I thought I could accompany my fiance on her interview and it be a big bonus to be there with her!? Is this how it is for all interviews, or is this a PHI specific rule?

I totally understand. I hate having to go from being snuggled to staring at a screen and wearing a headset. I've been really struggling to stay happy today and it's getting worse now that it's late. I played with the numbers on Joy's list yesterday and got depressed at the number before mine still not approved. We have to get NOA2 soon...

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we've abandoned this application

We married on Aug 24, 2013 in a small ceremony in MA

We'll be applying for a CR1 / IR1 visa as soon as we are able

my fiance told me i will miss you and i will be coming back to this airport but to go to texas.

ithought about it on the plane i was sad

Might have a go at looking in the gaps again eiether sides of those missing days. It would be nice to have a complete picture of the month wouldn't it? But goodness, how time consuming is this...!

Imagine how much more difficult it was before the internet when you only can write letters. At least we have Skype. Hang in there, the wait is worth the effort for the right person.

Be my guest! I just created columns for the missing dates so if you find any #s you will have somewhere to put them. Last night I spent a ridiculous amount of time looking for I-129Fs in the gap between 2/15 and 2/21 and didn't come up with much. I stopped at EAC1290454100, having gone by 10s from EAC129044something. It's easy to see why most of the numbers we have came from clusters around VJers' petitions: there's an awful lot of empty space between the I-129Fs.
