Just looked for approvals for CSC and there has been 0 since the 20th. Either the system is locked up like this past weekend or they have gone to a stand still :wacko: ... On the brighter side I finally got a service request so some news should be coming very soon.

I'm a Feb 27th Filer too and haven't gotten our approval either. I was doing so well with the process and hit the emotional wall earlier this week. Had a breakdown and a good cry and now can't get my brain to shut off so I'm up all night. Hopefully we're coming up soon! Looks like they're finally picking up speed.

We married on Aug 24, 2013 in a small ceremony in MA

We'll be applying for a CR1 / IR1 visa as soon as we are able

One of the RFEs, an expected RFE so have the paperwork ready, I hope and also hoping that I get it before the week is out.

Congrats to those approved recently! (Gavin!)

But, anyway, I drafted the letter I mentioned some 100 posts ago. I am curious if anyone else would like to provide input on it before I post it on Change (later this week). I'm also curious if someone prior to Feb. 14th has yet to be adjudicated (since I have been now) and would be willing to provide me their receipt number. I'd also take an earlier adjudication with a date after Feb. 14th. Or just do something randomly. Please PM for any of that.

Ideally, would get a decent round number on Change (I hope you all, your families, and the like all sign it) and then draft a letter that could be sent to Senators/Congress folk pointing them toward the petition and asking them to do something about this issue.

Yahoo. seing all the approvals today made me smile. I had a few ... hours to use today and I checked on USCIS website a few numbers. I went through numbers with the last 4 digits from 9000-9561.

results for K-1's

40 k petitions

9 RFE"s

5 rejected

5 approvals

21 still in the limbo world..

there was an approval 2 numbers from ours with an approval and all these were received on Feb 22

PLEASE.... this is torture. This last bit of waiting is the worst....lol
