I know what you mean... we had found a beautiful gazebo overlooking a lake which was ideal. We had a long talk at the weekend about it and, realising it's more realistic that our wedding will now be in October (and possibly late in the month at that), we drew a line under it and decided to marry indoors. It's such a frustration that we can't make good plans, everything is on hold, we spend months in limbo, constantly fielding everyone's questions of 'how's it going? heard anything yet???' :(

I'd wanted to make a clean break at school, having finished for the summer and watched my year group leave. Now I have to go back for the new term in 2 weeks, with no timetable and no real role. At least it still pays...

Ok, rant over :D

That is surprising as you're at CSC who are months ahead of VSC! Have you given them a call? It can't hurt to. I know they'll probably say they're processing February 16th as that seems to be their general line, January 16th for VSC. In truth, all you can do is wait for them to trip over the box that has yours in to process it.

Sorry I can't be of more help, this waiting is hard especially when you see later dates processed ahead of yours! Be strong! :thumbs:

gavin- ya i called 3 tymes, n yah last week when i called they gave me a service request, and got an email 2 days after that, and it says i should receive a notice of action within 30 days. I hope it wont take 30 days or receive an RFE. I been waiting for too long..

Hey guys - a quick question. Been reading most of the afternoon but can't find definitive answers.

We submitted our I-134 last Feb (obviously) but I have to take a copy to interview - right? How up-to-date should it be? Does it need to be re-done before I go to interview? Or do I just take a copy of the one we submitted with the petition? That's always supposing we evntually get a NOA2 of course...
