good luck man have a great time, yeah went to have a service request placed. was informed that the uscis was not taking them as of now, for they are still within normal processing times. They are on the magic number of "January 16th" anyways looks like I need to wait another 25 days before I can request a inquiry on my case they claim. Anyways good day everyone we will see next week

Thanks for all the receipt #s, everyone! We now have a nice group of 70 petitions from Feb. 22, 24, 27, and 29, 70 in total. No activity in this group yet except on Feb. 29: 1 RFE 7/27, 1 RFE 7/26, and 1 approval 8/9.

For today, in the rest of the petitions, I spotted:

Feb. 3: 1 RFE

Feb. 7: 1 RFE, 1 approval

Feb. 8: 1 RFE

(Kind of quiet. Maybe a bunch more will pop up later? I haven't rechecked the Feb. 21 petitions since last night, either.)

First of all congrats on your approval. We all appreciate your effort in alleviating our struggle by keeping us up to date with what's going on there at VSC. The way they handle our applications is very random, I don't know based on what criteria. Forget about the filing date as you see on lgor's list people getting approved before others who did file earlier than them!!!!!!!

However, having finished school for the summer and unable to go to the states (which is where I would usually be right now), I have nothing else to do :| I'd hoped not to have to start another school year but resigned myself to having to do just that a while ago. Now my fear is that I will return to school in September with EXACTLY the same status as I finished iin July

The spreadsheet now has a batch of Feb. 10 petitions: yay! Of 26 petitions, 4 have already been approved: 4/2, 7/17, 8/1, and 8/10.

Depends on who answers you will get a variety of answers. Take it with a grain of salt.

Have added bunches of petitions to the spreadsheet today. Thought you guys might like to see the summary statistics section of it. Obviously there's a lot of variation from one day to the next, and the figures for the time periods with more petitions represented are more accurate than those for the time periods with very few, but here it is! We need more in the 2/22-2/29 section! All the numbers that were sent to me had nice little clusters around them, but I'll have to poke around for some more at some point.

Edit: and, obviously, there's nothing for 2/15, 2/16, 2/17, or 2/20 at all. None from 2/23 or 2/28 either. I currently have petitions received on 2/1, 2/2, 2/3, 2/6, 2/7, 2/8, 2/10, 2/13, 2/21, 2/22, 2/24, 2/27, and 2/29.
