Hello Everyone

I have been one of the quiet followers but today i have received a text/e-mail from VSC. Unfortunately it was the infamous RFE instead of an approval.I checked the documents 10 times before sending but looks like that didn't help. 01/31 sent 02/07 NOA1. Hopefully it is something dumb/minor. Good luck to y'all!!

That's a shame, it's hard getting an RFE when you're expecting an NOA2 any day.. but at least you know someone has looked at your file and it hasn't been lost in the heap! Good luck with your RFE, hope you get your approval soon

Feb. 11, 2013: NOA1 notice date for I-485, EAD, AP (I-485/EAD NOA1 hard copies & biometrics appt letter arrived 2/16, badly mangled AP NOA1 arrived 2/27; biometrics done 3/4/13)

Apr. 3, 2013: EAD & AP approved (received card 4/11)

Aug. 16, 2013: I-485 approved & green card production ordered!!!! (card arrived 8/26/13) (193 days)

2015 sometime? I've slept since then.

Naturalization

Dec. 20, 2019: N-400 submitted online (Boston, MA field office)

Jan. 9, 2020: Biometrics

Feb. 4, 2020: updated wait time = 4 months (estimated case completion June 2020)

Aug. 7, 2020: interview scheduled (!), but no idea when

Sept. 16, 2020: interview, Boston (approved)

Sept. 24, 2020: oath ceremony, Boston---DONE!!! (279 days from submission)

Aug 30, 2012 - NVC Shipped the package to the Guangzhou embassy

Sep 07, 2012 - Email GZ embassy for update of status. P3 has sent out!

Sep 10, 2012 - Hasn't receive physical P3, submit P3 to GZ embassy.

Sep 12, 2012 - Receive physical Packet3

Sep 27, 2012 - Received email from Guangzhou embassy stating they sent P4

Oct 29, 2012 - Interview! :D

It looks like things are cooking at the VSC! Good luck, everyone!!!

On an unrelated note, does anyone know what I should expect when our case gets to London? The NVC said our case was received and sent to London on Friday, but I was skeptical that both would be done on the same day. So I called again today, and the guy confirmed that it was sent out on Friday. The only DHL shipment going to London arrived on Monday, but I haven't heard anything. To top it off, I was talking to another VJ member who was also told that their case went out on Friday. Do they send cases in groups? Should I be expecting an email or letter or something soon?

Its telling me

"Access To Selected Resource Not Authorized.

You have not Logged In or Your Session has Timed Out"

You can check numbers without being logged in. I rarely logged into my page when I was checking the 2/29 numbers.

Yes, don't log in! You can check numbers without accessing your account.

Thanks to everyone who has shared receipt#s/ranges! I have 537 that I am tracking now. So far,

81 approvals

46 RFEs

42 immediately rejected for being improperly filed, or withdrawn

Total 169 (31%) with any form of activity at this point.
