Went through about 60 number from Feb. 13 and found:

2 X approvals from July 23 and August 2.

K-1

Feb.14 2012: Mailed I-129F

Aug.14 2012: NOA2!! (179 days)

Oct.4 2012: Interview! Approved!

Oct.12 2012: Visa in hand

Dec.02 2012: POE

AOS

March 9 2013 AOS packet sent

March 18 2013 NOA1

April 1 2013 Biometrics done (appointment April 11)

May 25 2013 EAD/AP received

I'm so damn tired of VSC and their bullshit. People from July and August are getting approvals now, but we're still stuck waiting for even a word from them?

Hang in there pal. Some early February applications were approved last week. This should be your week.

Hey, well I hope so Kennard, I'll even be happy for a RFE at this point. This is just killing as slowly and the added stress is just making our already difficult lives all the more harder to deal with.

my package is leaving NVC today ive been informed by nvc agent. Very happy i moved through NVC fast! waiting until later today to get waybill number.

I got my NOA2 hardcopy today callling NVC on MONDAY! :dance:

That's not too bad, soheil :) I was hoping for an October or November interview, and I'll probably go down to Florida in November-December after tying up all my loose ends here in Toronto. I think now that you have a concrete date in your head, it'll make everything go a lot more smoothly :)

I'm just hoping that I'll get that dang NOA2 soon, so that I can actually maybe GET an October interview in Montreal!
