I went ahead and mailed the application for the police certificate today...felt SO good to actually DO something and lifted me a little after just sitting waiting for over 5 months!!!!! Now have to go back to the sitting waiting deal but pray it won't be too much longer before the longed for NOA2!

The police certificate just has to be under a year old doesn't it? I got mine in December, so hoping that's fine.

Hey Mary where did you see this date. I am February 8 receipt date and noa1 February 10. It getting close.

I'm tracking numbers on the USCIS site directly, mine and the ones around me. I guess I'm tracking about 50 or so. All Feb 7th (with Feb 9th NOA1 date)

Is that notice of 7th of received on the 7th?

For me, the USCIS site says received on the 7th, but my NOA1 date on the form is the 9th. The ones I'm tracking are all dated the 7th on the site (I can only assume that they all got NOA1 dated notices on the 9th, but I could be wrong).

Yeah I saw that it is valid for 12 months from the date of issue...SURELY the NOA2 will be thru by then lol!!! I'm sure you'll be fine too :yes:

Sep 10, 2012 - Hasn't receive physical P3, submit P3 to GZ embassy.

Sep 12, 2012 - Receive physical Packet3

Sep 27, 2012 - Received email from Guangzhou embassy stating they sent P4

Oct 29, 2012 - Interview! :D

I don't see anything on VJ, but I can tell you that I saw 2x approval from today on the USCIS website in the little group I'm checking (Feb 7th), but yeah, it's definitely always soooooooooooo slooooooooooooow on Fridays. unsure.gif

I checked 25 numbers from Feb 6:

1 X approval

5 X RFE

So there is activity!

I also checked my little group (ten petitions) from February 15 (NOA date Feb.17) and no activity there.

I'm going to run some numbers from Feb.13 now.
