Congratulations Scott :dance: :dance: :dance: glad that you had an easy interview :thumbs:

You're absolutely right about how time FLIES after NOA2. Our case has not yet reached the embassy and even when it reaches, it's gonna be ~2months wait, but I can really feel the stress on my fiancee and even her parents:( don't get me wrong though, EVERYONE is SO happy that it's all coming to an end, but after our case left the NVC, they all got this feeling that "oh boy! it's really happening" :( my fiancee has lived her whole life with her parents (and her little sister) and I can totally feel that how hard it can be leaving all that life behind you and coming here :( She is even worried, which I totally understand, about her grandparents and the fact that they are old and what if god-forbid, something happens to them while she is here :( I guess this whole immigration thing is messed up, no matter which stage you are :(

When she is really desperate about the whole immigration bureaucracy and tells me that how bad she misses me, I always joke that "Seriously? Why are you dying to be together soon? Can you even imagine being with me EVERYDAY of your life? Can you even imagine how boring it could be?" :lol: but man, is being able to live with her my WHOLE life a great feeling (L) I hope all of us be with our loved ones soon (F) (damn! I have to go do something manly! I am crying like a baby right now :crying: )

Hi everyone! Haven't posted in a while. Work has just been crazy. Anyways, seeing as how our NOA1 date was 2/29, literally the last day in February possible, AND we're in the glacial VSC, I have this funny image in my head of me being the last person left in this chat room. Thanks for replying. We're looking to 9th August, just hoping it will be before. It was just a little unnerving reading about people seeing touches on their petition, but not seeing any on ours - Just a moment of worry of the petition slipping down the back of someones desk or something :-P

I don't think they've gotten to our box yet as nothing around my number has had any movement. I'll let you guys know when I see something happening.
