How recent I-134 and employment letter, paystub need to be?

I got E-packet 3 a few days ago. And my medical exam will be on March 24th so the interview will be soon after that. Hopefully by the first week of April.

My fiance has gathered all paperworks such as employement leter, paystub, I-134, etc. But he's concerened that those might be outdated by the time I have interview in late March or early April. Currently those letters and documents are dated around Feb 16-17.

Should he wait and get those documents closer to my interview date?

I'm in Korea and the packet says the interview date will be posted in a month from the date I request.

Glad you asked this. My NOA1 date is early February and I was thinking of taking my I-134 packet to my gf in mid April. I wonder if it will still stand up if she has a June/July interview.

I think it states that evidence should be no older than a year. As recent as you can is probably best, but I doubt a couple of months would be a problem. I got my boyf to send me letters from his employer and bank in Dec. He just scanned me recent payslips - this month and i have one from Dec. My interview is tomorrow - eek.

If your NOA1 is early Feb you are probably looking at another 5month wait for NOA2 before she can book medical etc. It took me 5 months to get NOA2 (Dec) Another month to complete medical/police reports and got interview date a month after request. Her interview will prob be Aug or Sept.
