wow, it's very nice of you! One more question for you, refer to your explanation, do you think if they need an Explanation of the first meeting, they would mention in the RFE letter? or not necessarily?

Cause, I haven't seen the RFE letter but my fiance said they asked for some evidence showing that the fiancee (me) was in the second country we met in!

Does it make sense to you? You still think we should send the explanation of how we met first time?

I agree with Skiptex, I think you need to see a copy of the RFE.

Personally I would cover both things, the 'how you met' and the evidence (passport stamps etc). If it avoids confusion it would be safer to do that and quicker in the long run.

But it would be best if you can get a copy of, or get the exact wording so you know specifically what they are asking before you reply. Sounds like what you have provided doesn't prove you were in the same place at the same time and they need evidence of that fact but without seeing the RFE you cant be sure.

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number

Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere, and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

There are multiple people asking for advice in this thread, and it's getting very confusing. Some of the advice is meant for one person but another thinks it is for them. Please start your own thread.

Sorry folks I was out of town for the long weekend. Sent in our reply today, initially I had only sent itineraries and maybe 50 pictures. I entered Iran with my Iranian passport, I am a born US citizen but have dual citizenship. I made copies of Iranian passport clearly indicating my entry into the country and exit. I have been there twice in 2011. I also wrote a 1 page statement specifically outlining circumstance of meeting.

They also wanted a police report due to an old domestic violence charge. The police department stated that police reports are "purged" from their records after 5 years so they typed up a statement indicating that and stamped it. I went to the superior court and got a certified copy of all court dispositions, the case has been closed for quite sometime I however really hope it wont effect our status.

Wish me luck! thanks for all the input

As a response to question 18 I am putting: We first met online in March of 2011 and chatted for a few months. Then, I went to xxx to visit in May of 2011. We spent a lot of time together-including travelling together-during the summer of 2011. We continued our relationship through our engagement (Feb. x, 2012) with visits in Oct., Nov., Dec. of 2011 and in Feb. of 2012. This seems sufficient to me. I will of course be including passport stamps, boarding passes, hotel receipts as evidence of having met in person. Does this seem RFE proof? Thank you.

The only thing they really considered proof where passport stamps and credit card transactions, but I don't think it would hurt to provide additional documents as well. I sent back passport stamps, flight itinerary, and about 50 pictures.
