Did he personally harm you? Did his actions alienate you in any way? Were his posts or actipns so odious that they brought shame and scorn to VJ? IN my respectful submission the answer is no.

Yes his posts were very odious. They were disruptive and caused a lot of rancor on the site. He was warned also many times. (Never seen anyone given so many chances) and he refused to stop until Admin finally told him to cease or permanent ban and he chose to be banned. So good riddance.

Odious is a good descriptive word for the BY. On one hand, he really was a keyboard trooper and committed to passionate debate. On the other hand, he could become such a hot head, to the point of popping a vein in his brain!
