Hi guys i hope any1 could enlight me a bit, On sep 13.2011 i filed based on marriage, i'm married to a cuban who's a resident. on october had my finger prints, then my case was transfered to CSC then i got my EAC on november. On december my case was transfered to NSC and had my interview on Jan 5,2012. The interview went smooth, the officer took my i 94 which was a replacement and said something like VSC did something but i cant figure out. At the end of the interview she said that i was going to get approved and i should get my GC in about 2-3 weeks. I waited a month and a half then i called the 800 number, then i was told that VSC has jurisdiction on my case, i made a SR and it came back saying that my case needs further review. ANY SIMILAR SITUATIONS OR IDEAS

I'm pretty sure that if we any of us knew this we'd answer, and you'd know what's causing the extra time. But since we weren't there and didn't hear what was said, we can't answer what exactly VSC did or didn't do. Every case is unique so if something came up, it might not be the same as somebody else's case. Calling VCS will let you know the status of your case. Making an info-pass will most likely have the same outcome. Try using the search field (upper right corner) on VJ and type in aos interview further review
