Um, sorry to burst your bubble but ICE does not have automatic access to any of our IP addresses. There is something known as due process in these here United States.

Due process for what? Being placed on a watch list, or obtaining PII from the ISP?

Read the TOS on the bottom of this page:

VisaJourney.com recommends that if any member or user knows directly of someone involved in fraudulent or illegal activity, that they report such activity directly to the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement. You can contact ICE via email at Immigration.Reply@dhs.gov or you can telephone ICE at 1-866-347-2423. All reported threads/posts containing reference to immigration fraud or illegal activities will be removed from this board. If you feel that you have found inappropriate content, please let us know by contacting us here with a url link to that content. Thank you.

I'm not saying that applies in this case, but it got darn close to the line, especially if someone granted his request.

I am sorry that you are in this situation. You have 3 legitimate choices:

1. Wait 10 years or so after she gets her citizenship to petition her daughter

2. Live in the Phils.

3. Find some one else.

Her daughter is not a child but an adult and should be living her own life at this point. If mama's main concern is her daughter, to the point of contemplating doing something illegal as to jeopardize her living in the US and therefore your life as well, then maybe you need to reevaluate this relationship.

Was wondering if there was a reliable illegal way because I have tried everything I could think of the legal way .

You realize, yes? It's against the TOS to even answer this question.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

My girl friend and I have been killing ourselves trying to find a way to bring her 24 year old daugter to the states, my girl friend and I will be processing soon and we are getting pretty desperate . Does anybody know a way

1. E5-B visa or

2. immigrate to New Zealand - then after she has the NZ passport, Mom files the I-130 on her. Less time for NZ than PI for these types o Visas. Plus the daughter can come to visit on the VWP. or

3. Ask one of yer single buddies to marry her next week, then file for I-130/CR-1 visa.

Hi, I know a lot of people are jumping on your back right now when all you came here for was support, so I will not tell you, you have violated TOS etc etc, I am sure you know that now.

What I can and do suggest is, to try to obtain a student visa and support your soon to be step- daughter while she studies in the States. She should work hard and do well. When she finishes school she should be able to get a sponsored job here, alternatively, if she works in an industry where people are needed, ie/ medicine, nursing maybe; she may be able to get a working visa.

Similarly, if the study route and or the working route are an option, you could also couple it with applying to petition when your wife is a LPR.

Your step daughter could also apply for a tourist visa and stay in the US for 6-12 months I believe.

Visa category depend on your birth location.

Nursing, well google Nursing Retrogression.

EB5, I doubt they have the funds.

Student, well that requires a lot of funds as well.

Marriage, that is the way to go.

I will have to echo the previous poster that said that this daughter in question is an adult, not a minor child. I moved to the US when I was eighteen and that was a decision I took as an only child of my parents. Do I miss them? Of course. Do I wish they were closer to me? Sure. But I don't plot how to get my parents to the US on a daily basis. Life takes us all in different ways.

If this is going to be an issue, then you need to look into moving to the Philippines, rather than looking for an illegal route. Have you considered that?

i left whe i was 15.. so trust me, i hear ya

well you can alway move over there and marry her and live in the Philippines.

never have her come ilegally to the country, she would have no future here.

she can try a student visa or if she is a professional, some company could sponsor her.

well she is 22 years old is working on her masters and has a ba in human ecology , she has never left home and is completely dependent on her mom for support . anyone that knows the philippines knows its not easy to get by when your healthy and have been working half your life over there never mind 22 and just starting out and have never held a job not to mention the only family you have wont be around to let you cry on there shoulder when needed .

we were working on a school visa in hopes that she could continue her schooling and maybe put herself in a better position to obtain a b1 . but when i began to read what was written on the us embassy web site under applications f1 visa about how if you should apply for a student visa and your family member has just immirgrated they wont allow you to go because they are afraid you will never come back

my idea was to put in a i130 and let the clock start ticking and then get her into school after some time she could get a few years older and handle herself abit better and she would be that much more educated even if she were to go back to the philippines by then at least she could handle herself and if she were lucky maybe even get a job and a b1 during that time

and if nothing else she would close the gap on the wait time

well guys frustration got the better of me last night to tell the truth i would be to frightened to commit the crime even if someone came up with a good plan i was just venting . but to answer a question of someone back there

i was reading the us embassy site and came across what they had to say about allowing a over the age limit person to study in the usa when there family has just recently immigrated to the usa not allowed . and it was my last legal idea to get her here no doubt she will have to stay or i will have to move there its just very sad that they wont make exceptions to the rules
