I know of a very same scenario like this...and it happens to be my bro-in-law. he , his parents and his 2 brothers were petitioned since 1991 but it took about 19 years before they got approval. my bro-in-law reached 21 when the approval came so he got left behind here in the philippines. now that his father is an LPR, he filed for him last 2006. he got interviewed in 2010 but got denied. and they are trying to appeal for his case. but we've heard nothing ever since. his parents keep telling him not to get married if he wants it to more possible for him to go to the US. im also wondering what other solutions can we do for them? im concerned too.

Why was he denied a visa? So shouldn't that be the most critcal concern rather than having him arrive under illegal status. Geezz.

My girl friend and I have been killing ourselves trying to find a way to bring her 24 year old daugter to the states, my girl friend and I will be processing soon and we are getting pretty desperate . Does anybody know a way

tell her to stay single and help her find a mate here in US. That is the only legal way..

and also going back to PHL is not a smart move.

Signs of Baiting are here. Have her meet an American.

The OP is asking for Improper Advice. And some of you are giving it.

The OP should be more concerned about about own Petition at this time. I have an Idea that the Petitioner/Beneficiary talk about this and are looking for any means to get her here in the States. Not the correct method.

The OP should realize that if the future bride is going to be homesick and will do anything to make her happy and even jepordize the posibilty of THEIR Visa together. Call it Quits. (If its that bad, then Mom should'nt leave) Theres nothing wrong with that.

I just don't think the proper method of her getting into the US is to tell her to advertise Availability on a website to a USC.

If and when a woman/man makes a commitment there are sacrafices.

Reliable illegal way? wow.gif Are you serious? blink.gif

Perhaps she would like to come to USA as a student, undergrad or grad? Can she pass TOEFL (english). Upon acceptance to a university, she would need to show financial means to pay tuition and room and board. This is in fact LEGAL. (until she stops attending classes...). Upon graduation, many foreign students, if they can find work, can get sponsor from company for work visa, which would lead to green card.

Im not quite sure what you mean...but I was just telling the story of my bro-in-law. What I'm really concerned about is that he's lonely here in our country without his family here. He's all alone. that's all. But I don't have anything illegal in mind. Right now, he's just waiting for his case to be current. I hope you understand.

He was denied because he forgot to bring an important document which I dont know and that they say he's overaged.

I think there has been a misunderstanding bec. i read the first post wrong. what I can relate about was the fact that her daughter was overaged just like my bro-in-law. but they haven't thought of doing anything like that (illegal) and of course I wouldnt advice a person here to do that. My bro-in-law was petitioned by his grandma in 1991 but got the decision after 19 years so around that time he was already overaged. He got petitioned again this time by his dad who is now a LPR. but got denied due to lack of evidence and overage (again?). quite not sure about that part. but right now they're waiting for his case to be current (bec. they tried to appeal and i dont actually know what happened after that...) thats why I'm wondering since he's overaged already, what way can he be eligible for a visa. if my bro-in-law has tried all means, I know maybe that's meant for him. that could be his fate. sorry for the misunderstanding.

As a lawyer I am astounded that someone would ask for a way to violate the law on a well known immigration website... not only are you asking for some way to violate immigration law you also want to leave evidence of the crime. My advice: DON'T DO IT!

THIS is why the process is so long and expensive for the honest people....

Wonder if any ICE agents read this website?? If they do they already have his IP address, the rest will be easy for them to deduce.

Can you say "watch list" ?

Um, sorry to burst your bubble but ICE does not have automatic access to any of our IP addresses. There is something known as due process in these here United States.
