Has the I-130 form expired?

Hey guys,

So Ive just notice, on the top right of my I-130 which I'm getting ready to file, it notes that expires on 01/31/2012. This date has obviously passed?

What do I do? Do I need a new form? Where do I get a non expired version from if so?

Yep, I tried that, but they are the same forms, with the same expired dates on them.

You can see USCIS stated about the expiration date on the forms and edition date.

Note on Expiration: USCIS continues to accept the 01/08/12 edition of Form I-130 available here despite the passing of the form's expiration date. An updated form will be posted as soon as it becomes available.

01/08/12; (08/15/11; 11/23/10; 06/14/10; 05/27/08 and 01/31/08 editions also accepted)
