i ordered mine almost a month ago.still have not gotten them.

my interview letter is asking me to bring this

*copies of Form 1040 Federal taxes with W2s for the past three years*.

is that the whole tax return or are they talking about somthing else?my interview is on the 28th

11/12/11.....N400 send to Nebraska service center

11/14/11.....N400 delivered to NE

11/21/11.....Check cashed

11/23/11......NOA recived in the mail(priority date nov 14)(notice date nov 21)..(you will be notified of the date and place of your interview when you have been scheduled by the local USCIS office.you should expect to be notified withing 90 days of this notice)

12/13/11......got text and email about biometric letter being send out

12/17/11.......got biometric letter in the mail(appointment date dec 28th)

12/19/11.....did early walk in FP

12/22/11.......got email and text about being placed in line for interview scheduling

01/30/12.......got email from my IO were i was asked to pick my own interview date and send email back with the date i picked

02/06/12......got INETRVIEW email with appointment letter(have to print that out and bring with me on the interview day)

02/28/12.......INTERVIEW with oath on the same day(as long i pass the test afcorse.)

I got a Yellow Letter today from the USCIS Asking me for an ORIGINAL INTERNAL REVENUE Service, Form 1722 listing tax information for the past three years or copies of the income tax form I filed.. I sent the copies with the N400.. why are they asking for this again?

I ordered my tax transcripts 4 days ago and I got the copies today.

Aug 3, 2006 Sent I-129f in to CSC

Aug 15, 2006 Sent in updated I-129f

Aug 23, 2006 NOA1

Aug 25, 2006 They cashed my check

Aug 30, 2006 NOA1 received in mail

Dec 2, 2006 NOA2 recieved in mail

Dec 12, 2006 I receive that letter from NVC

Mar 22, 2007 St. Lukes appointment

Mar 29, 2007 7:30am Interview

Mar 29, 2007 12pm APPROVED!!! PRAISE GOD!!!

April 10, 2007 Fiancee Arrived!!! WOO HOO!!!

June 26, 2007 Wedding

July 2, 2007 Medical for AOS

July 6, 2007 Sent in AOS (cutting it really close to the 90 days!)

July 8, 2007 USCIS receives i-485

July 16, 2007 NOA1

July 18, 2007 NOA biometrics

Aug 11, 2007 Biometrics appointment.

Oct 11, 2007 Interview

Oct 11, 2007 Green card Approved!!! You cant kick me out now Baby!

Oct 18, 2007 Welcome letter saying Green card is on its way

Oct 22, 2007 2 year Green card arrived!!

TIMELINE-I-751-Oct 11, 2009 GC Expiration

July 8, 2009- Sent 1-751 in to CSC

July 15, 2009- CSC sent back my papers saying its too early for 90 days expiration

July 16, 2009- Resend my papers 85 days before GC expired

July 18, 2009- Arrived at CSC-10:53 am

July 22, 2009- Cashed Check

July 27, 2009- NOA 1 recieved

July 31, 2009- Biometric Notice Recieved

Aug 18, 2009- Biometric Schedule

Sep 03, 2009- Card Production ordered

Sep 09, 2009-Approval letter recieved in the mail

Sep 12, 2009- 10 Year GC recieved

Think this is a completely automated service, called in on a Monday with that toll free number, four letters came in the following Friday, a separate envelop for each tax year.

Have to be awake while doing this, maybe you hit the wrong button.

Regarding the other question, USCIS reserves the right to misplace or lose your evidence or even your entire application, so you have to send it in again. And even request evidence they don't even mention in any of their literature.

Standard procedure. Form letter. Bring the orignals AND another copy. They may or may not ask for them.

As far as transcripts, if you have a fax machine (or access to one such as a Kinko's) then just call them while you are at the fax machine and they will fax them to you instantly. Otherwise you should get them in the mail within a few days.

We ordered certified transcripts on Jan 16, and still nothing in the mail...

I was trying to call IRS couple of times, was on hold for 30 minutes, was not able to speak to anyone, what is going on with them??..

My interview is on Tuesday, i hope IO will be ok with me submitting just regular tax copies :(

US Naturalization:

10/31/11.....N-400 send to Arizona Lock box

11/07/11.....Check cashed

11/12/11.....NOA received in the mail(Priority date Nov 02)(Notice date Nov 04)

12/29/11.....Got Yellow letter in the mail (to bring DL or ID for my interview)

12/29/11.....Talked to Nebraska officer via phone about transferring my case to their office

01/06/12.....Had Infopass (wanted to do biometrics, but they denied me & said they will use my old one)

01/12/12.....Status Update - An Interview has been scheduled

01/17/12.....Got my Interview letter

02/21/12.....Interview

02/21/12.....Offered same-day Oath & became US citizen!

via walkin to IRS office - same day.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
