No, the way some Christians practiced Christianity those Christians were at fault. However to deny they were indeed Christians would be silly, wouldn't it? So are the claims Islamic Radicals aren't Muslims.

There is a reason Christians heyday became known as The Dark Ages. It appears some Muslims are currently living in the Islamic version of those times.

No, it wouldn't be silly to deny they were Christians. In fact, that's exactly what the Catholic Church does.

Some Muslims aren't the only ones living in the Dark Ages. Christians who support them as living true Islam are too.

No kidding, but you can't have it both ways. Radicals are not practicing Islam anymore than murdering Crusaders, Jim Jones or Andres Breivik were practicing Christianity during their mass murders.

I don't purport to believe Radical Muslims are practicing 'true' Islam, or 'false' Islam, nor do I support the Catholic Church in their efforts to wipe away their role in the Dark Ages. I don't hold all Muslims responsible for the actions of Radical Muslims either, I don't support Christians or anyone else for that matter who tries to do so.

Religion and politics, when paired as in the Dark Ages or seen in the modern Radical Islamic movement, certainly make for bad times. If there is a correlation it would be just that.

Jim Jones and Andre Breviek don't really lend themselves to comparison with Bin Laden and his ilk although Breviek shares some degree of political motives underlying his actions.
