please i will appreciate it if someone can enlighten me on how to file visiting for someone. actullay i wanted to file for my mother to visit us bot i dont know the process or where to start i dont want to go through the CR1 which i am farmiliar with but she wont be able to stay too long and if i file for her through CR1 part she might loose her continous resident as per the law but i just want to file for visiting for now then later can file for her as a permanent resident

You cant file a tourist visa for your mother or for anyone. A tourist visa is filed for by the person who wants to visit the USA.

Your mother has to file for her own tourist visa. She needs to check the US embassy website for her country and get the information there for herself to apply.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

go to us embassy nigeria website and click "non-immigrant visa. she will need to go with her passport to GT Bank and pay the visa fee of $140. and collects a receipt from them. She will be required to fill out the online DS 160 visa application form. she shd print the confirmation page(or someone can fill for the her). with that GTB receipt, she will then fill out the online visa appointment scheduling form(after creating a username and password). This is PEAK season so it may be hard to get a dat that is earlier than july.

what do you mean by CR-I visa for ur mom? she has nothing to do with CR 1. you can only file for her when youb become a citizen and that means she has to stay more in the the united States to maintain her green card.
