Dear Sir/Madam,

Our record indicates that, we are in process of returning this case to The National Visa Center with the recommendation of revocation.

It seems like they are recommending the USCIS revoke your application.

It doesn't say why they want to revoke it just that they are suggesting it.

Looks like you need to wait and see what the USCIS mails you in the next few months about your case.

One USCIS receives your petition back, one of 3 things will happen:

  • they reaffirm the petition and send it back for another interview (least likely)
  • They send the petitioner an NOIR (Notice of Intent to Revoke) (likely)
  • USCIS allows the petition to expire and say you are free to start over (most likely)

Well, that's unfortunate to hear. Sorry to have to go thru this ordeal. I would recommend u go to Pakistan and get married to your fiance.

Refile, and sponsor as your spouse, provide supporting documentation. 99% of it you already have.

Option#2: Get the best immigration attorney you can find and let him/her fight your case.

Option #3: Instead of living in the USA, why not move to PK and be with your significant other. Possible?

If there's one thing i learned from this immigration process of bringing over a loved one, its you have be to mentally tough and

ready to make some serious compromises. Nothing is perfect, and this process will definitely test your patience..

i had plenty of proofs for our relationship and engagements even my fiancee accompanied with me at the time of interview so that due to her presence showing our relationship to CO that we are not doing this for business we love each other alot nothing worked out

we did so much to aggregate all supporting documents did all the efforts time and Money just to get Approved and it stressed the hell outta US turned out to be worst right now the situation me and my fiancee going through Allah knows it better while writing this tears

flowing from my eyes don't know why we are being Punished i was very optimistic and had strong faith even my fiancee was losing her hopes i had to give her encouragement all the time she used to lose her faith and hopes what eventually the outcome came out is incredible i can't envisage this was going to occur now we are trying to contact the senator to make a stop to send our case to NVC

give us another chance for the interview trying hard to sort this out we are indeed in a Huge ordeal now i want suggestion what to do

in order to stop embassy to send our case back to schedule another interview for us cos getting married and refiling will take long and we have to again wait about 6 to 8 Months Thank you

awww moshin... i talked with your lovely fiance today and gave her some advice and im sure she has already pursued some of the things i told her to try to do.. one is keeping the case at the embassy if they haven't already sent it back. I know you've been waiting so long and this is a huge disappointment but it isn't the end. You will be together soon.. some how some way.. im sure of this.. just have faith that everything will work out and that your love will prevail. Don't lose hope... that is all we have in this process.. and your love is so much stronger than any kind of wishing or hoping... Inshallah things will come together and you will be together.

I am so sorry to read that the embassy wants to send your case back to the NVC. I know you are heartbroken right now but do get in touch with your congressman or senator they may be able to find out the reason your case is being sent back or help you get another interview.

yesterday i received this email from embassy the same day my fiancee contact the congressman and senator both they have taken all the info from my fiancee and since 3 days embassy will be off due to public holidays so on tuesday my fiancee will meet with congressman and address the situation and even my fiancee emailed the embassy urged them to have a look on our case and said we are legitimate not doing this for business and i want to ask you guys a question what does exactly mean revocation it doesn't mean by denial its totally different and i heard when they have to deny you they rather forward your case to USCIS not the NVC but y they are sending it to NVC my fiancee will request the senator to tell the embassy to schedule another interview for me or analyze my case one more time

basically the embassy is sending it back from them and they want uscis to also look at it and revoke it meaning if its revoked you wont get a visa on this petition. But its always possible for uscis to look at it and decide that it is an approvable petition and send it back to the embassy..however because its a k1 fiance petition they usually sit on it letting it expire but tell her to keep doing whawt shes doing and try to keep the petition there in case they havent sent it back yet. just keep the faith

the biggest thing is you must find out WHY they sent it back for revocation so that you can overcome this obstacle in the future with another k1 or cr1 visa...if you dont fix the reason why then they will deny it again and send it back.

I think Ebbas is right, even the US Congressman will want to know the reason why the petition has been denied. Before the congressman takes up the fight for you, they will need to know all the details including anything about the petitioner. Provide where the petitioner was born, travel history dating back since he was a teenager, work history, letter of support from Pakistan (his employer, professional acquaintances, NOT family), and exact nature of how you meet the first time, where, when, how. This may be pretty personal info, but for the sake of getting buy-in from the congressman and making your case stronger, you will need to prove without a shadow of doubt, the relationship is 100% legit. For some reason USCIS seems to think otherwise, so, the burden of proof lies with you.

I wish you guys the best.

Hi Winnings23,,Thanx very much for ur input,, My name is Poonwattie I am the petitioner, I live in NY, my fiance is Mohsin and he lives in Pakistan, as soon as Mohsin received the email from the embassy he called me, and right away I started working on everything i contacted the Senator and the congressman, I already fill out the form and fax it back to the senator office, they also needed my signature, giving them permission to contact the embassy, I am going in the congressman office on Tuesday morning at 9 am sharp to sign a consent form for them too, and yes I am prepared to give whatever info they need, we have nothing to hide from them, the problem is that our case wasn't denied they used the word revocation, now Tuesday morning I will contact nvc and get a better idea as to wht revocation is,,,And then from there we will know how to proceed, and also we need to know the reason for the revocation, this answer I think the senator or the congressman can get, however our aim for now is to see if we can keep them from sending our case back to the US and a possible second interview, i email them and ask them to give us a chance to clear their doubt which they have, so i am not giving up just yet,, but we also have a plan B, if they will make us wait too long i will withdraw the K1 and go to Pakistan and get married and file CR1, I am hoping that someone on Vj have done something like this in the past, and could shed some light on how this will work,,,,so thanx to everyone for ur support, its very much appriciated and to Carolyn thanx for ur kind words,, as for Eabbas, I dont have enough words to thank you for ur support, u stayed on the phone with me, and even cried with me, your words meant soo much to me,,,and to everyone else plz don't hesitate to share ur advise, I will b grateful.
