Hi All,

I am applying for citizenship based on 3 yr residence. are the below documents enough to submit with application to prove joint finance.

2008, 2009 2010 irs tax transcript

I know with removing of condition on GC they needed much more documents...is it also required with citizenship.

you mean you're applying based on 3 year marriage?

01/06/2012 - N400 sent to Lewisville, TX

01/09/2012 - N400 Received

01/12/2012 - Check Cashed

01/17/2012 - NOA Received Priority Date 01/09/2012

01/23/2012 - Biometric Letter Mailed

01/26/2012 - Biometric Letter Received Appointment Date 02/02/2012

01/27/2012 - Early Biometrics Completed

02/06/2012 - Placed in line for Interview Scheduling

02/07/2012 - Interview Letter sent out

02/11/2012 - Interview Letter Received

03/19/2012 - Interview Scheduled and APPROVED!

04/18/2012 - I'm a US CITIZEN!!

Practically all the questions on the N-400 form were already answered by us during the AOS and ROC stages. In like manner, all the evidence we had to submit for the AOS and the ROC had to be sent with the N-400 application.

Yeah, that supplement with all those OR's in gives the impression, tax transcripts is all you need, but certainly hasn't been our experience nor the experience of all the responders on this subject. Think only one got by with just tax transcripts. All depends upon the risk you want to take in delays and trips back.
