We got expedited thru nvc thank God. For those following my journey i just wanted to say that now is game on and hope for a expite on the waiver also. Geez soomuch still to do. Can anyone enlighten me on RIO requirements for docs?Should I schedule my medical even though i dont have an interview yet? We are being expedited so maybe interview will be march?

01-17-2012 I-130 delivered to Phoenix uscis office

01-20-2012 NOA1

01-23-2012 Touched

01-27-2012 Request for expedite by phone (USC baby ILl)

02-02-2012 Expedite documents emailed

02-03-2012 i-130 Approved

02-10-2012 NVC Received

02-14-2012 NVC case number assigned

My baby who is a usc was undergoing serious treatment before we had to leave because my mother had open heart surgery. She is severely ill and we have no insurance here.

Why do you need a waiver?

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

After i got regnant i stopped attending school took a leave of absence but the dso canceled my i-20 thinking i had already filled for adjustment of status but due to my daughter health issues and several hospitalizations i hadnt so i had to leave the country and now i will have to because of staying out of status.

i have a question the expedite process applies in the VSC or to the embassy? I got approved mine but I am sooo lost helpppp

May 10 2011: He came to Ecuador to met me in person (He made a promise to marry me)

June 18 2011: Send I-129F

June 25 2011: NOA1

November 23 2011: Proposed in Guayaquil, in a magical place (I totally accepted!)

November 23 2011: RFE (for the passport style pics)

January 22 2012: they resent the RFE we had a problem with the mail

January 25 2012: We send the RFE

March 01 2012: Approved

April 11 2012: Interview (APPROVED) I was crying and laughing at the same time

April 24 2012: POE Miami

May 11, 2012: Finally married to my handsome baby

May 23 2012: Filed for the SNN

June 21, 2012: AOS filed

June 23, 2012: I got my SNN

June 28, 2012: I got an enotification with the case number :)

JuLY 30, 2012: Notice they got my RFE and they will be processing my case

Go to the Matthew Bender Immigration and Nationality Act practice guide at your local law library. It will be very helpful on particular issues and is easy to read.
