Please tell us where are you from, and update your profile and timeline with it so people from your country can help you.

Also, you only need the I-134 for the K-1 interview, plus supporting documents. I-864 is for the Adjustment Of Status (AOS) process.

à vos ordres chef :bonk::lol:

Salut Farid&Lisa,

I might be speaking out of turn here since we're not quite to that point in our process yet, but I have seen this come up in posts over the past several weeks and noticed that you seem frustrated by the lack of response from members with significant others in Morocco. So I thought I'd answer. I've seen written that it's advisable to bring both the I-134 and the I-864 to the interview, along with copies of past 3 years' tax reports from the petitioner... that was seconded by my attorney. Hope this helps!

Lindsey

````````````````````````HELP````````````````````````````````
we are a family of 5 memebers and all of us got our us immigration visas after our interview but there was a little error in my brother's visa and data sheet done by "U.S Conslate" that the date was misprinted 09 but actual it was 19 we filled right in the form! and also on the passport 19 was written!.. anyways so it was already 1 and a half month to correct a simple error! and after we requested them in an e-mail we found that my his passport has been sent! so now here comes the tricky part we shifted our house 410 to 206 from same building! and they came at 410.they returned at the same office.my brother went to the office and he found a small envolope with only "PASSPORT" without other files that they had sent us earlier! he just touched it becuase he was not allowed to open!
what does it mean? did his passport came without visa and correction help me!
we stay at INDIA!
