I'm actually an August 31st filer so sometimes I lump myself

into the September group depending on my mood. And no NOA2

I hope this link works for you. I am a september filer and I am still awaiting approval. I called USCIS today and I was told they are approving petitions within five months and if the your petition is over five months, you can call and they will put in a service request. Another thing some poeple have done that has worked is contact a congressman. We plan on doing both of these if we pass our five month date. On there website however, it does state they aim to approve all spousal and family petitions within 6 months at the service centers. I think California may be working at 5 months but I guess question deeper if you go past 6 months.

I hope this link helps you out some. Another thing is to check Igor's list on the Immigration timeline section and you can check the last 15 petitions that have been approved on the papers you have filed.
