Hi Everyone,

My fiancee got her interview letter. It says the Feb. 28th. Is that the interview date or a so-called "document intake" date that I've read about on the websites and the real interview date is the 29th. My attorney says interview is on the 28th, whatever the letter says. Who is right?

Also my attorney says my fiancee will only need the Affidavit of Support from me that she will take with her to her interview and evidence that I went to visit my fiancee recently to propose, which were not in original submitted Application papers. Just those two items. What do you guys think? I am getting nervous.

Who is right please?

what do you mean, that is what is on the letter so why assuming it should be on the 29th, I think you should let your fiances scan the letter for you to read it thoroughly.

Met through a friend on Facebook

You would do much better to ask this in the forum for China.
