I-130 APPROVED FINALLY!! :wow: :wow: :wow:

NOA1 July 19 2011. NOA2 February 15 2012. 211 friggen days!!

We believe spamming USCIS phone line WORKS cus we called at 1PM to check status, they said they're still on July 12 blah blah blah then 2 hours later we got email status update!

Time to put NVC on speed dial :lol: :lol: :lol:

2012-02-15 I-130 approved (email) --211 days from NOA1--

2012-02-18 NOA2 received in mail

2012-03-02 NVC Case Number assigned -- wrong consulate!

2012-03-02 Provided email addresses to NVC operator

2012-03-02 Sent email request to change consulate

Just looking ahead I wanted to ask a question. Once you get the NOA2, how do you know when your case has arrived at NVC? and how do you track it from there?

Citizenship

6/24/2016: Mailed N-400 package via USPS from Naval Base Yokosuka, Japan

7/11/2016: Received NOA1 dated 7/5/2016

11/3/2016: Received email from USCIS-Seoul Office with Naturalization appt set for 11/30/2016

11/30/2016: Naturalization Interview on Naval Base Yokosuka, Japan. N-400 Approved

12/1/2016: Naturalization Ceremony

Just looking ahead I wanted to ask a question. Once you get the NOA2, how do you know when your case has arrived at NVC? and how do you track it from there?

We've been following this guide: LingChe NVC ShortCut and it seems like you can find out when you call NVC, and there should be info on the actual NOA2 which we haven't received in mail yet.
