Well, I passed! Thank you to everyone on this forum for all of your help and insight!

I'll get down to the nitty gritty. We got there around 9 am and went through the dreadful security line and went up to the 8th floor. Our appointment was at 9:45 am. We gave our paper to the security guy and he told us to go to the counter. Then a rather beastly woman come out from the back room, looking annoyed. She checked us off on the list and told us to go to room 8-100. Ok, so we went to that room, and gave our pape to the lady behind the counter and she told us to take a seat. Around 9:35 we got called in. The ISO was a middle aged Indian man, and was very nice. He swore us in, sat down and asked us for 3 pics and some financial documents (we gave him the tax return) and to see our birth certs, passports, and driver's licenses.

Then he asked me how did we meet, and then asked what were we looking for in partners, and then asked my wife the same question and then he asked me the I-485 questions and the was like I have one final question. Uh oh......

"Has anyone ever filed for you before?" I said yes, my sister did but she passed away before I got a visa number. Then he said congrats your're a permanent resident!! We waited outside for 5 mins for the stamped passport and that was it!

Good luck all!!
