OMG! I was talking to hubby right now and got a text saying case status update. I run to my computer go online and update:

On February 15, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283

OMG this is what the happy dance really is! Called mom, suegra, best friend and all family together to let me know! I am soooooooo happy. NVC Here we come...I am as ready as can be! Packets already in envelopes ready to be sent! Loving life right now!

Congratulations on the I-130 - good luck with your NVC steps - hope they go as smoothly for you.

SO an Aug 2011 filer got their NOA2 - is this the beginning for all others? Hope so!

I have read your posts and you write so many things I have been feeling. I can't wait for my time!!!!!!!!!!!! It is getting to be so long and hard stay upbeat, especially when everyone around me asks me, "have you heard anything?". If I have, wouldn't everyone under the sun know???!!

3/08/12 --- Beneficiary's and Petitioner's e-mail address added to the case

3/12/12 --- AOS bill invoiced and PAID (Payment status: IN PROGRESS)

3/12/12 --- Emailed DS-3032 from beneficiary's e-mail account

Hey..same case here...i am getting tired of all the people asking me the same questions every day...like the waiting is not bad enough...

I've never thought it'd be so hard to wait....and its been 4 months now...

We all have the same destiny...we should be strong!...good things will happen to us too..
