anyone in egypt applied police certificate to NVC?

hey VJérs,

Good luck to you all.

i am asking if anyone in Egypt provided the police certificate to NVC, to whom it was addressed as the police certificates in Egypt should be addressed to someone, should it be addressed to the American embassy in Cairo.

another question is, the NVC says that we can send the birth certificate in Arabic, is that true or we get this piece of info wrong.
