I am looking thru the VJ timelines and see no NOA2 since Feb.10, there is only one on Feb.14th. I am hoping that these stats are not right if not CSC must be back to the old slow selves.... anyone know what's going on?

people are not filling in time lines.

people are being approved that are not part of VJ.

What Inky says is right. People just aren't filling in their timelines which is a little selfish, since they had relied on this site so much ...they should help others also.

And then there's hundreds more that aren't even on VJ....so we never know. But I've been seeing a lot of approvals lately compared to the plateau that was happening with no action.

Married: 6/17/11

I-130 Sent: 7/9/11

NOA1 : 7/14/11

I-129F Sent: 7/21/11

NOA1: 7/21/11

NOA2: 8/22/11

NVC Received: 8/24/11

NVC Left: 8/26/11

Consulate Received: 9/5/11

Packet 4 Received: 10/4/11

Medical Done: 11/7/11

Just got off the phone with USCIS. Apparently the California Service Center is processing cases from July 12th, 2011. The lady asked me to be patient and check back in another month...

I called USCIS last week and was told that they are working on July 12th,2011 applications still. The guy told me to wait until the end of the month before checking for an update. My I-130 was received by USCIS on August 5th, just to give you an idea.

USCIS: (189 days)

8/05/11 --- filed for I-130

8/08/11 --- NOA1 I-130 mail letter received

2/22/12 --- NOA2 (I-130) Email & Txt msg

2/25/12 --- NOA2 (I-130) mail letter received

NVC: (51 days)

3/08/12 --- Received NVC case #, IIN # from operator

3/08/12 --- Beneficiary's and Petitioner's e-mail address added to the case

3/12/12 --- AOS bill invoiced and PAID (Payment status: IN PROGRESS)

3/12/12 --- Emailed DS-3032 from beneficiary's e-mail account

3/13/12 --- AOS bill appears as PAID

3/13/12 --- Printed AOS bar-coded sheet and copy of invoice showing "PAID"

3/20/12 --- DS-3032 AOS Update - IV bill invoiced and PAID (Payment status: IN PROGRESS)

3/29/12 --- AOS package mailed via Fed-Ex

4/02/12 --- AOS package delivered to NVC via Fed-Ex

4/04/12 --- AOS reviewed and accepted

Same as everyone else -- I called USCIS last night; he said CSC is working on 7/12. My NOA1 is 12/05 and he said I should expect to hear something by 07/09/2012....

....... someone PLEASE tell me it's not going to take until July 9th for them to process my case...

Is this for US citizen applications or perm residents? It has been on July 12th for too long for that to be even believable.

I'm a USC filing an i130 for IR1 (my spouse)... I called back yesterday and she said she doesn't know where he got that number, that CSC is processing at 5 months.

Same here...on the website main page for processing times, it does say it can take up to six months. Still, I am going to file a service request if the 22nd comes and goes. I dont know where the dates are coming from....

the dates are coming from Tier 2 officers. if the current processing time would really be at 5 months we august filers would have been approved a long time ago. in 5 days it´s 6 months of waiting for us. and every time we talk to a tier 2 officer they tell us not to expect the noa 2 before march...
